We’re having issues with work timers automatically starting. Could you please turn off the feature that starts a timer if someone makes an entry of completed pieces without adding time?
The start work screen is for adding work to a job not just adding pieces. The reason it starts work when adding pieces is it is assuming that you did work to complete the pieces and since you didn’t enter time it starts work. We don’t have a way to disable that as it’s a functionality of that screen and is necessary for other users.
