I am helping clean up data in our system. We began using Cetec in 2018 and it appears the initial data population created Unapplied Cash in accounts - making AR statements unusable in certain situations. How do I remove this?

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to remove that unapplied cash without doing it within the code. This would require billable work from an engineer. If you gave us a list of how many unapplied cash objects you need removed I can get a quote from engineering!

We have 16 unapplied cash objects that need removal. A quote would be appreciated!
If you can provide the IDs of the unapplied cash objects then it will be 1 hour bill at actual. If it takes more than deleting the objects then it will be 3 hours bill at actual.

Those were all attached to AR payments and were not imported and you wanted only the ones that were imported. Also deleting non imported unapplied cash can mess with financials.
