Retain structure of Incoming Inspection Instructions

At the Part Data page the Incoming Inspection instructions can be edited with multiple lines and numbered for clarity:

  1. Verify item is correct 22.2V, 16000 mAh
  2. Inspect visually for damage.
  3. Verify XT90 female connector with green stripe through embossed identification
  4. Add serials to UAS LiPo Battery Operations Log project, Battery ID field
  5. Check and record mass of each battery in grams.
  6. Record battery dimensions in mm - Length (longest dimension), Height (vertical dimension on label side), Width (between label faces)
  7. Using Capacity Controller, check health of all 6 cells of each battery. Record all the numbers plus the total voltage. Plug into the Battery. Use cell button to change between cells. Cells should measure between 3.6-3.8 per cell. It is critical that all cells are close to the same reading for each battery. Outside of that range, flag for discussion before receiving. Total Voltage: 21.6-22.8. Record.
    Start Voltages
    Cell1: X.XXX V
    Cell2: X.XXX V
    Cell3: X.XXX V
    Cell4: X.XXX V
    Cell5: X.XXX V
    Cell6: X.XXX V
    Overall: XX.XX V ( %)
Label each battery with the P/N and S/N using the label maker. Should be 2 rows on the label. Place on the end with the chords in the top 3rd of the battery so that it can be seen when the gate is closed. On the HX10 orient the label with the power cords above the label. On the HX18 orient the label with the power cords to the right of the label.

When these instructions are displayed at the Receiving page and when viewing the part Data page, the list loses the carriage return and displays the text as follows:

1. Verify item is correct 22.2V, 16000 mAh 2. Inspect visually for damage. 3. Verify XT90 female connector with green stripe through embossed identification 3. Add serials to UAS LiPo Battery Operations Log project, Battery ID field 4. Check and record mass of each battery in grams. 5. I would like to see the Inspection Instructions at the Receiving page the same as they appear at the part data edit screen.

@dschafer

Thanks for reaching out about this. I will escalate this to our engineering department and get back to you if this is possible or not.

Thanks,
