Recently had a work order showing an inactive Rev. A on the work order. The active Rev. is E.
Why did it print out Rev. A.

Hey Pat,
Do you by chance know which revision is tied to the order right now? Whichever revision is tied to the order is the revision I’d expect to populate the print out.
i.e. if you generated the order before you generated revision E for the BOM - that order would’ve pulled revision A to the order and would keep that revision unless otherwise changed.
Could you send over the order number, or a URL link to the order in question so I can review this for you? Once I’ve had some time to review this I’ll be in touch with an update on what to do next here.
