When someone revokes approval from a PO, shoulddn’t that take the PO away and turn it back into a PQuote? I feel like it takes away from the revokal feature when its still a PO thats not approved.

When you say revoked are you referring to an acknowledged PO that then gets set to Not Acknowledged? My thought is at this point the PO would just be closed out - which would show that there was a commitment to order, but then the PO fell through.
Please let me know if this makes sense or if you have any follow up questions or if I’m missing the scenario.
