Role Error for Specific User


I have a user ‘Katheryn’ who has the ability to approve PQuotes on another user’s behalf. Other users with her same role combination do not have this ability. It appears to be a software issue specific to her account. Can you advise on this issue?

Hello and thank you. To the best of my knowledge yes, we are.

Additionally, we are experiencing a similar, potentially related, issue where users with the same roles do not have the same access (specifically, users 8 and 35). User 35 is unable to adjust quantities or enter serial numbers in pick lists but user 8 is, and user 35 should have access to this.


What is the status of resolving this issue?
