The ROP doesn’t seems to be working currently. See below pictures, the ROP is set at 2000 and still I’m unable to see it in MRP requirements.

By default, ROP looks at QOH to determine whether or not a part’s inventory is below they threshold.
So, in your screenshot, the QOH is 2713.31lb, which is just above the set ROP point.
Based on your example, it sounds like you’re wanting ROP to be based of Qty Avail. This is possible, there’s a config setting that can be changed for that. The instructions to do so are here:
