Sales Orders List: Workflow State not functioning

Whenever I filter by Workflow state using the report filters, nothing shows up on the report. I have 10 orders under the workflow state “Pending Schedule” and I need to see just those orders. When I use the filter, the report displays no orders. This happens with every workflow state I have on the Sales Orders.

Additionally, when I go to sort the report by Workflow State, nothing happens.

Can you please fix this?

That is odd, thanks for bringing that to our attention. Let us check with our engineering team and see if we can get that working properly. We’ll update you here when we’ve gotten it sorted out.

@spencer Our engineers were able to figure out what the problem was, and there should be a fix getting pushed out for that in the next week or so. Thanks again for letting us know about it!

I’m assuming you’ll be pushing this out to on-prem customers as well?
