We are unable to update or delete an assigned serial ID under Serials for a Workorder. Refer to the following link:

We would edit the assigned 10 digit Serial number field and use only the last 4 digits. Now it won’t keep the edit and we are unable to delete the ID using the “DELETE” orange button.

It was working fine earlier today and just stopped working.

Please fix.
