We have an issue where the assigned serials are not showing up on packing lists from a split shipment. Please advise.

Are you sure serials are set on this order? I checked and did not find any serial numbers. Would you mind sending in a link that shows proof that serialization has occured somewhere in this process?

The serials are assigned to the finished product, not the BOM components shown in the detail link provided.
The following is a link from one that has been invoiced where a serial was assigned on 10/16/2024 but it did not display on the Packing Slip even with the serial column checked on the document settings.
