on order 11720 and all of this customers orders the ship via shows up as UPS Ground. We have is set for UPS Second Day in the customers data base. Why isn’t the UPS Second Day showing?

The ShipVia on the Order will follow whatever was set on the Quote, not what was on the Customer. The Quote should default to the Customer’s ShipVia, but that can often be a timing issue (did it get set prior to the Customer’s ShipVia)? In any case, if you check the original Quote for the Order it should match. You can test to see if the Customer’s ShipVia gets set to new quotes by creating a new quote and then assigning the Customer to it - the ShipVia should follow!
