We are experiencing an issue with employee signature images no longer rendering on our Certificate of Conformance (C of C) PDFs.
The issue began today, October 16, 2026. Signatures were displaying correctly yesterday, and we have not recently modified the underlying .tt template.
We have confirmed the following:

The C of C PDF generates successfully.

Employee signature information, including the printed name, populates correctly.

The company logo renders correctly.

The signature image appears as a blank image box (is displaying as an image on the user profile pages)

The issue persists when generating the document while logged into a different employee’s Cetec account.

Could you investigate whether there have been recent changes to signature image retrieval, file permissions, or PDF rendering that could explain this behavior?
