Sometimes when send a quote, there is a part image on it. If i have someone else send it, it is not there. How do i get it off so that i can send the quote out without having someone else do it?
Could you send me over a URL to one of the quotes that you sent a PDF of, which had the picture on the PDF?
That looks like a Part Image that’s pulling over from the prcpart record to the quoteline which is being included when you send the PDF.
I’ll need to check out one of the quotes exhibiting this behavior so I can review what’s set and causing this to occur. The ID of the quote will also suffice here.

Hey Jessica,
I was able to remove the prcpart images from the object in question (the quote PDF). You need to make sure the Images column on the quote PDF is set to ‘hide’ or uncheck that box and hit set columns.
That’ll remove the images from the quote PDF on your prcpart lines for you.
