If I have a customer with multiple bill to locations - but they send one check for multiple Cetec customer records - do I have to manually enter the split payment across multiple customers or is there a way in Cetec to apply one AR payment across multiple customers?
@sbeausoleil thank you for your question! By multiple bill to addresses do you mean that invoices were sent to separate addresses? Do you have multiple customers under a single parent customer? I believe an AR Payment for a parent Customer will be able to apply a single payment to invoices from the multiple child Customers.
