I’ve noticed that the “Edit” option for added notes, which was previously available and very useful, is no longer visible. Could you please let us know if there has been a recent update or change affecting this feature?
Additionally, when multiple notes are added, there is currently no visual separator between them, which makes it difficult to distinguish individual entries. For reference, please see the screenshot below showing two notes added to one of our orders:
Adding a visual separator between notes would greatly improve readability and overall user experience. Could you kindly let us know if this is something that could be implemented?

For some reason, I’m not seeing the “Old Version” / “New Version” options on the screen to switch between revisions. Could you please check and advise?
I suggest that each note appear in a separate box to help differentiate them more clearly and improve visibility. However, any solution support team recommends that achieves the same purpose would be greatly appreciated.
I followed the instructions in the customer record and noticed the “Beta” label at the top. However, the notes were added under the order view for this customer, where I’m unable to see the revision or edit the notes.
