system spinning

Does anyone else have a problem with the system spinning (buffering) between 1-2 in the afternoon?

I just did a change on an order when I hit submit and same time started a stopwatch it took 1:17.23 minutes before I could do anything else
Cetec if you’re looking at this it is 1:20 in the afternoon
