We have HTS codes assigned to parts but they are not showing on the commercial invoice document. Please refer to the following screen shots and links for an example:
@spilkington thanks for bringing this to our attention! I believe our engineers have a fix for this in the works currently based on a similar issue brought up in another topic here on the forums.
Let me confirm that, and also see if there’s anything we can do in the meantime to get the HTS code showing on that invoice.
@spilkington We temporarily edited the commercial invoice PDF so that it would pul the correct HTS code data. We have a long term fix in the works now, and once that is in place we will go in and change the document back to the default.
