Hello,
The Tax Group within the Edit Address module of a Customer is not pushing to a quote correctly.
For example, customer 326 with Sales Tax (GST) (5.00%) is not appearing on Quote 14763. Instead Sales Tax (HST) (13%) is showing under Tax Group in the Quote header, which is non-editable.
Can you please look into this?
Thank you.
Good morning,
Is there any update on this?
Hey @cam.mason
Sorry about the lack of updates, we are looking at it with engineering currently. Thank you for bringing to our attention.

@cam.mason
We were unable to replicate it either in our test environment or yours, so it seems like it is a one off issue. Its possible it is due to the order of updating the tax group in relation to creating the order, but when I created a new quote for the same customer in your test environment it pulled the proper tax group.
You can change the tax group at the order stage as well. If you need the quote to say the correct tax group for a PDF, our engineers can go in and edit the database to show the proper tax group for that purpose.
If you want, can you create a new quote with that customer to determine if it is pulling correctly for it?
Thanks,

Thanks for the update. Will try again and let you know if the issue persists.
