I would appreciate your insight on why this order has no tax: Cetec ERP
But the invoice for the order has the tax:

We did want tax on this. Shipping/Receiving was provided the order link so when they requested payment at time of customer pickup, the total they requested ended up not including tax.
I took a look at the order and did some testing and I haven’t been able to replicate this. It’s hard to tell exactly what happened as it’s been invoiced and paid already. It should have calculated the tax. Could you send over another example as soon as this happens again?

For reference, the order was committed. The person then realized that they had forgotten tax. They went back into the order, edited the order to add the tax, and then clicked update - or whatever button is at the bottom to update it. They doublechecked to be sure the tax was showing on the order before leaving the screen. Most of our sales are tax free, but if I see it again I will post.
The tax disappeared after the fact? That is odd behavior but I did see that the quote didn’t have tax so I tested just by adding tax to a order and not the quote and it added it successfully. I apologize I wasn’t able to find anything further!
