Threshold Pricing Rules

Hi!

We are creating some new pricing rules and would like create a threshold pricing rule. This is a tiered margin rule based on cost. For example: If Cost < $5, apply Margin = 50%.If Cost ≥ $5, apply Margin = 30%. We cannot find any info on this and are wondering how this would be accomplished?
