Does Cetec have a way to generate a tooling maintenance history report without going to every asset number? I could not locate such a feature. I see a tool maintenance and needing maintenance menu selections but not a overall history.
We have over 400 assets and going to each one for a history would be a daunting task.

I haven’t found anything regarding a tooling maintenance history report that provides historical data for tooling.
Let me do some digging here, and see what I can find. If I’m unable to locate a report to provide the data you’re looking for I will need to escalate this ticket accordingly to see what can be done.

Providing an update here, I’ve generated a ticket for the maintenance history report request that you’ve sent in. I’m just waiting on feedback from our development team regarding the status of this request.

The request here is to generate a list of tool maintenance history.
Estimate provided by development team - 3.5hrs of billable engineering time as a fixed bid.
Please let me know if you approve of the 3.5hr fixed bid estimate & I’ll let engineering know they can begin devel on this request.

Can you tell me why there is a billable charge? And how much is that charge?
The billable engineering charge is for the time that our engineering team would use to create & develop the report that you’re wanting in Cetec ERP.
The hourly rate for our engineering time is $315/hr.
