Trying to Deactivate PRCs in Bulk Data Import

Hi CETEC,

I am re-doing my SKU designations and part number categorization.
I need to deactivate about 600 parts and I do not see a way to do that in that bulk data import.

How do I go about this?

Hi @spencer,

I did some internal review and currently there is not a function to mass deactivate parts. If you would like I can reach out to my engineering team for an estimated cost for them to build out a script to delete these for you. Please let me know how you would like me to proceed.

Hi @spencer,

I received information from our engineers estimating labor to be 3 hours, billed at actual. In order for us to complete this we will need a file (XLS or CSV) with the prcparts in a column that will be deleted. These parts will also need to have a 0 qty in inventory for us to delete/deactivate. Our current engineering rate is $250/hr. If you would like us to proceed, please provide the file and I’ll let our team know!
