Unable to Commit to Orders

Hi,
Could you please look into this, I’m unable to commit to any orders. This is error message which is showing

Error: There was a problem placing your order. I created another part number to commit to our order and it worked. Don’t know why that particular part number wasn’t letting us commit to order.
In future will email sales for these critical issues.
