Unable to Make Inventory Adjustment

Hello,

I am attempting to make an inventory adjustment to a PrcPart however it seems that the Actual Shelf Qty and the QOH are not aligning.

For example, part COL10039 shows a QOH of 17955 and the Part Bin Data shows all Bins with a Actual Shelf Qty of 0.

Can you please provide some insight on this?

The reason you are seeing an actual shelf qty of 0 on all of those bins is because all of the qty in those bins is picked onto orders. The actual shelf qty is the QOH in the bin minus the picked parts. If you are wanting to make an inventory adjustment you will want to dekit the parts on an order so that it will show the qty of parts and you can make an adjustment.
