Unable to Pick Parts in an order

Greetings,

I’m trying to pick a stock item that has an order in place. But when I go to pick parts, there is no part to pick. I have checked if its non inventory and stock item. The part is set up correctly. Could you please let me know why is this occurring. Order no. is 11872.1. I’m attaching screenshots.

Have you tried updating the order specific BOM or replacing it?

That should pull it to the pick parts screen. Let me know if it still isn’t showing up after trying that.

So it looks like the component on the BOM is non inventory: Cetec ERP That is why it isn’t showing up. You will need to change it from non inventory which you can do on the edit screen by unchecking the non inventory box Cetec ERP
