Unable to Stop Time in Work Orders

We are unable to stop time in work orders all of the sudden today. We now have to go through Production MGMT to force stop times.

Thanks for reaching out. Is this happening on all work orders? Can you give me a few example work orders that you are having issues with? Is it happening to all users?

Can I impersonate one of your users to stop work? We are needing to test and see if it’s not working. Let me know which user I can impersonate and where I can stop work. Then you can edit the work however you need to fix it.
