We’ve encountered a new problem: we are now unable to upload .tt files to the custom document section at all, even in cases where it worked previously. Before this, we were able to upload .tt files without issues. Now, however, the error occurs whenever we try to upload .tt files, regardless of the document type. I attached snaps

I am also having issues with a custom document that I uploaded as a test.
I made the misstake to name it A test Document.
I did not add the suffix .tt
Now as soon as i try to open it i get a internal server error.
I am not sure about this but …
I think that the fact that I missed adding the suffix somehow breaks the functionality.
If I try to upload a new document with the .tt suffix it does not seem to bite because if i dowload it again i stll get a doc without the .tt file extension.
It looks to me as if you once uploaded it without .tt extension and then it seems as if it cannot be fixed.
I can still upload but I cannot get it to load correct.
maybe we are seeing different symptoms of the same root cause.
My answer might not be very helpful… really just testing a hypothosis.

@sisyfos I don’t know for sure whether or not the file extension matters. We were able to upload a file without error using a similar setup on a testing server. Are you still having issue with that upload?

Thanks, Issue resolve. Now, we are able to upload document in custom document section.
