Uploading Leads into CETEC ERP System via Excel/CSV File?

Hello,

I have a list of 1000 leads (cold contacts) that I would like to add to the CETEC ERP system. Is there a way to upload this list directly using an Excel or CSV file? If not, what’s the easiest method to import these contacts into the system efficiently?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Shayan,

Thank you for your question. The ability to import leads in aXLS/CSV format is supported in our Data Import tool.

You are able to find this tool by navigating to Admin > APIs & More > Data Import. In the “Data Type To Import” dropdown you will select ‘Leads’ when you have the sheet to upload correctly formatted.

For recommended templates for data imports, you can view our Data Import Documentation
under Admin > APIs & More > Data Import Documentation. In the Data Import Documentation Site, select Customers > Leads > Export Leads and you will be able to view the upload template for Leads data.
