When I try to enter a pquote, it will not populate the pquote, when I try to click on a existing pquote it will not populate the pquote, it FLASHES on the left like its trying to populate.

It looks like this is most likely a caching issue. I was able to open this PQuote and see it:
If you clear your cache and hard refresh you should be able to see the PQuote.
