User in a customer order clicked New Version and went into BETA

Could someone please review? Our sales rep went into a customer order, clicked New Version of that screen, as they were having troubles with new column format, and the screen flashed “BETA” and after that, the CETEC screen was blank and they have not been able to use the system. We have tried basic things like signing out and in, hard restart of PC, -any ideas?
