User restricted

I set a user role as purchasing and I want them to be able to see all purchase order list.
It says user is can only see things they purchase but i want them to view everything (Restricted to Purchase Orders For User: Bill Botterbusch)

Thanks for reaching out about this issue. You will need to give this user the role AllPQuotes. This will allow them to see all PQuotes and POs on that report.
