I have changed 2 User Roles, but the users are not seeing the changes on their access.
Also, when I impersonate the User, there are no changes.

What changes did you make to user roles within the system? Did you add new user roles into the system & associate it via the Security by Role configs accordingly? I need specifics here (along with the ID of each user you made changes to) so I can work through this for you.
