WE have started to use the All button that will move and allocate to the order (pick). The feature works great, but the only issue is every time you push the button, the load time is about 2 minutes for bigger pick lists. If we use the hide picked option, it still takes a long time to refresh the pick list, at least until you get about 1/2 way. Some of our BOMs can be 150 line items, and the feature only really is effecient once we have about 25 lines left to fix. Is there something on our end we could do to remove/speed up the refresh rate every time you push the All button?
Those longer boms are just going to take a long time to refresh. We are working on getting a new version built out that will be much faster, but currently we only have the current version. The reason it takes so long is because it is updating and revising all of the inventory you are touching for each line. With huge orders, it takes a while to process, adjust, and recalculate.
