VENDOR LIST

I’m getting a 500 Internal Server Error when attempting to create a new Vendor.

I’ve tried logging out, then back into CETEC…
I’ve tried rebooting PC.

Do you mind sending over a URL link to the vendor list report within your environment so I can see if I can reproduce the issue?

A few things you can try here:

  1. When you get the 500 - internal server error - try hard refreshing your page a few times (ctrl+shift+r) or (cmmd+shift+r).
  2. Clearing your cache/cookies from your chrome browser setting.

Let me know if neither of these help get you back up and running. Please send over a URL link to your vendor list!!

Following up here to see if the 500 - internal server error you reported running into has been resolved. Are you still having this issue within your environment?

Is the vendor list loading as expected now, and did you have a chance to work through the items that I listed in my previous response?
