I was trying to look up something in Vendor Return and got a 500 Internal Server error.

also, why does the resulting screen advise to contact Support if Support is just going to direct me to post here? is it because of the service plan we have? TIA
I apologize for the delay on this. I am escalating this to engineering to get this 500 error resolved ASAP. Yes the reason it advises to contact support is because that is the normal error text and because you have lite support you can’t email support.
