Voucher List Not Populating for one user

Hello:

I have a user for which the voucher list report (Accounting / AP / Voucher List) is not populating. It just shows a blank screen with the title “Voucher List” at the top. The user’s name is Zam Cahill.

Kindly investigate and advise.

Good Afternoon,

Have the user try the following (which should clear up that blank voucher screen issue).

  • Go into their browser settings for the chrome browser they’re using.
  • In the search field at the top of the settings page search for either Cache or Cookies
  • Navigate into the ‘Delete Browsing History’ tab.
  • Using either the 7 day or 4 week option, have the user clear out both their cache & cookies.
  • Have the user log back into Cetec ERP (this process will log them out).
  • Reload the voucher page, it should be populating the report at that point.

Let me know if this is not the case.
