I have a work order and split off a piece of my work order. I noticed that, in creating a new work order, I have lost my ‘verified by’ and ‘assembler ID’ inputs for the work instruction. Is this normal? How do I avoid losing this information in the future? Is there a better way to split lines for a work order if I want to complete a smaller qty?
That info won’t transfer over as it’s a brand new line and you may need to start the assembly process over. This would be expected functionality. There isn’t another way to split the work order but you may want to utilize our labor plan functionality instead to track work.
