workorder version issue

I switched to the new workorder version to use the new serial time track function. Now workorders will not load or allow me to switch back to the old version. How can I fix the workorder view, or go back to the old version? The tab to revert back does not even load.

I impersonated your user profile and pulled up an old workorder in your environment. I am able to switch between the new version and the old version with no issues. Would you mind sharing the order number or the URL for the page you are experiencing this issue on? This will help me get this resolved for you.

I was able to use a different browser to switch back. It seems like chrome does not work with the new version. I found out this is not the first time we have experienced this. For some of the new versions we must change browsers or use a different computer. Even the new log in for some of us must delete part of the URL to get in.

Have you tried clearing the browser Cache?
ctrl+shift+R and delete cookies usually fixes these kind of problems.

If you are running into issues with the new version, but the old version is working as expected, try clearing your browser cache and performing a “hard refresh” (ctrl+shift+R).
