Could you please help us understand the correct steps required to replace the Credit Memo template with the Invoice template? We want to ensure the change is made properly and avoid creating any issues by inadvertently missing a step in the process.
Alternatively, if there is a way to configure the Credit Memo so that the customer information is displayed in the “Ship To” section only, that would also meet our requirements.
