Good morning,

Sign in credentials are not working for …/auth/login_new but do work for …/auth/login. Is there a reason I am being directed to the former?

That is our new login screen. This screen looks to be working now. Please let us know if you run into anymore issues.

having the same issue. /auth/login_new doesn’t work but …/auth/login does.

Can you give us access to your environment? Engineering has the ability to fix this but needs access to the server so they can run the fix.

my sign-in timed out, and I was unable to login with the new login screen that came up. I was still able to login at the old URL that I have shortcutted.

Edit: I got it to work but im not sure how. might have something to do with the way google has saved my login and password Autofill.
