Several of our users are getting redirected to the new login page and it doesn’t work for them, but going back to the older URL does

@msummers - can you have them try a ctrl shift R (hard reset) several times? If that doesn’t work, the “delete browsing history” option in the google chrome menu (clear cache, saved images/files, clear cookies, etc.)
There have been some caching issues recently and clearing the cache/cookies has helped.
