New document uploads not working

When we attach new documents the process doesn’t seem to complete properly we get a red progress bar. If you refresh it shows as attached but if you try and download it it fails with error “123.json - file wasn’t available on site.” where 123 is the object number.

Seems the same as this issue Document Uploading Failed

Older documents are unaffected and download normally.

I was able to replicate the issue Martin. I am escalating this to engineering now for a fix.
