We change the setting of chart of accounts and merge or replace the old chart of accounts with new one but the total in the parent account is not same as the totat of sub parent accounts.Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible and give us chance to thanks.

It’s possible this is due to posting directly to a parent account, which means the total balance in a parent account could include its own balance and its sub/child balances.
Do you have an example of the particular names of the accounts that aren’t totaling correctly so we can look into it?
